COMMISSION TOS

1. I accept both up/down payments if client states so. If the client proceeds with a down payment, I have the right to charge the client 50% of their order's price once sent proof of the sketch phase of the commissioned piece. If the client does not pay immediately (applies to both down/up payment) and refuses to give the payment until the artwork is sent to them, this will only result in a blacklist.2. I have the rights to decline a client's request if the topic is uncomfortable or not in my medium.3. The client is free to give references and specific details of their commissioned request to the artist. But I will never accept any AI generated images for referencing, you will be blacklisted if I'm forced to use it.4. I can be asked to update every progress from sketch to a peek of the final piece, It will be all watermarked once I update it to prevent from being stolen.5. Any blacklisted clients that keeps coming back to me for a commission through alt accounts, I will be sure to make a public document regarding the issue.6. I will not accept bargains if you are not in the right budget, that is not in my fault that my price doesn't fit to your budget.7. If you are under the age of 13+ and is commissioning me through a parent's account, I have the rights to refund the money back to the commissioner and will likely email the parents to avoid misunderstandings.8. Parental guidance is a must, make sure anyone below the age of 13 and above must be guided while making any purchases on my works. My content might be considered not fit for young audience like gore, bright lights, or other sensitive content.9. If client has plans to use my artworks for commercial use, I have the rights to charge them extra fees than the original price.10. The client can use the commissioned piece for personal uses, as long there's credit to me as the artist.11. Scammers who attempted to scam me will be blacklisted and will no longer be dealt with, as in I will automatically decline these blacklisted people to avoid being scammed, if you know any other active beware, pls let me know immediately!12. Once I'm done with the finished product, it will be sent through email for higher quality and will be watermarked and signed.13. The client can only ask for renovations into the artwork ONLY during sketch phase as many as they'd like. But if the progress is far from sketch and the client ask for a another renovation, they will be charged 12.5% additional fees.14. Client is free to ask for a refund if they have a valid reason, if without it, there is no guarantee for an actual refund.15. Returning clients will get a 24% off discount.16. I have the right to use the commissioned work for promoting and used as a sample distribution to my portfolio. Any use of commissioned artwork from shall not be also put & be trained into GENERATIVE AI (or you will be blacklisted permanently from obtaining my services)

DESIGN TOS

1. All designs made by me are all tagged & signed within my name, If the current owner is caught removing those tagged credits through removal of the character's TH profile or through editing, you will be blacklisted and will never get obtain more designs from me.2. Adoptables & owed art under my name, which are copyrighted under copyright law. Anything use of my designs/artwork for anything related to Hate, political issues, threatening behavior towards a protected social group, harassment, etc. (WHICH ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND PURCHASED ITEM WILL BE CONFISCATED BACK TO THE CREATOR!)3. You cannot make heavily inspired oc's based from my designs if you haven't obtained it in these ways by receiving it from Raffles/trades or purchased with real money.4. You are not allowed to make a one-off version of my adopts (Human, feral, or other versions etc) and sell the OG version of the adoptable to another.5. Reusing my adoptables to sell for your own benefits are not allowed. If caught by the act of reselling duplicates of a character designed by me, they will be reprimanded back & the user will be blocked/blacklisted. Current owners must own my designs within 5-7 months before selling to another. However, this does not apply for trading them off to another.6. DO NOT sell my designs to blacklisted users (whether outside TH or within the site itself)7. I regularly check my designs through toyhouse to check on them if the current owners are abiding through my TOS. If the design is to be set private/authorized only views by the owner, they are to notify/authorize me. If the owner becomes defensive & aggressive, automatically blacklisted.8. If you see any of my designs stolen by other users to others without my knowledge, pls reach out to me about the theft & the scammers.9. My adoptable designs are automatically commercial use10. You can't sell my designs for a higher price, unless it has added value (ex: added artworks, animations, etc.)11. If the adopt is set to bidding; a bidder must not delete commented bids if not in the budget, I accept payment plans per week, never get aggressive if another has obtained an AB, steal the designs and owning as your own, and TOS rules above still apply.12. You cannot use the art I drew for the adopts I make as a part of commercial use, you will be charged double or copyrighted/blacklisted if you are caught doing it.13. If the adopt has a pre-existing old design or anything like description or lore, the current owner can archive/delete them without permission.

---Note 2: Couple prices are only applicable for two-paired characters. Extra characters are applicable if the the commission includes 3-12+ characters in one canvas, prices will be stacked by x2 or more if the characters are in a seperate canvases.ex: Client asks for full-shaded icon pieces of 3 characters in different canvases
